Senior Marketing Manager - USA Marketing Jobs at TeamSnap
TeamSnap is seeking a remote Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing programs for TeamSnap for Brands, our advertising and sponsorship business partnering with national brands like Tide, Marriott, and Nestle. In this senior-level marketing role, you will translate business priorities into coordinated campaigns using field events, executive programs, email, and virtual panels while collaborating closely with Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing, and PR.
Responsibilities and Campaign Ownership
- Develop market-facing narratives and a stronger industry voice for TeamSnap.
- Own field marketing from strategy through execution, covering industry events, executive dinners, roundtables, activations, and speaking opportunities.
- Partner with Sales to define target accounts and build account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Collaborate with PR to generate earned media and visibility around campaign stories.
- Build webinars and email programs, manage agency and media partners, and utilize Salesforce and HubSpot for audience management, lead flow, and reporting with RevOps.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated track record of running brand or field programs that drove pipeline, backed by metrics.
- Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams on ABM programs and coordinated outreach.
- Familiarity with AI tools for workflow improvement, live event management, and hands-on CRM and marketing automation usage (Salesforce and HubSpot).
- Understanding of email campaign development, segmentation, and nurture strategy.
Compensation and Location Details
This is a fully remote position based in the USA, requiring comfort with cross-timezone collaboration. Please note that TeamSnap cannot hire in a specific subset of states, which includes Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, and Mississippi (among others). The minimum starting compensation for this role is $115,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with final pay adjusted based on experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
