Tines, an intelligent workflow platform company founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for a remote marketing role based in the US Eastern or Central Time Zones or Dublin, Ireland. This senior-level position offers a salary of $210,000 to $240,000.

In this hands-on role, you will own and scale paid acquisition globally. Responsibilities include managing campaigns across search, paid social, display, review sites, communities, retargeting, and emerging channels like CTV. You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and agency partners to drive measurable pipeline growth and optimize return on investment through data, experimentation, and AI.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid acquisition
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven track record of owning and scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple digital channels
• Deep hands-on expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
