Senior Product Marketing Manager

Teramind is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their marketing team in the USA. This remote, senior-level position places you at the center of the company's go-to-market engine, where you will own how Teramind is positioned, packaged, and sold across converging categories including IRM, DLP, AI Governance, and employee monitoring.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and continuously test core messaging and positioning across multiple product categories, building persona and buyer-journey frameworks backed by closed-won and closed-lost data.
• Manage the sales enablement stack, including onboarding decks, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, pricing narratives, and competitive battlecards against competitors like Microsoft Purview and Forcepoint.
• Partner with Product to translate the roadmap into GTM narratives and launch plans, while running win/loss and churn interviews to refine messaging.
• Lead the creative production function by managing an AI-first content creator and building scalable content systems.

Requirements and Benefits

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring a minimum of 3 years of experience—with 8+ years total in product marketing, including at least 3 years specifically in B2B cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise SaaS. Candidates should possess a track record in category positioning, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, analyst relations experience with firms like Gartner or Forrester, and strong writing skills.
