Forma.ai, a Series B startup revolutionizing sales compensation and sales intelligence for market leaders like Autodesk, Stryker, and Edmentum, is seeking a Senior Level Account Executive for an existing vacancy in Canada and the USA. In this senior sales role, you will drive revenue growth by managing the full enterprise sales cycle, engaging senior executives such as CFOs and CROs, and building a pipeline of Fortune 1000 prospects.

Role Responsibilities and Requirements

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and manage forecasting.
• Master the Forma.ai sales methodology and collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Operations.
• Bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, ideally selling revenue operations or sales performance management technology, backed by a Master's degree.
• Demonstrate a track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with complex enterprise sales cycles.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $100-150K plus commission, paired with meaningful compensation through an employee stock ownership plan.
