Bloomreach is seeking a mid-level Sales Automation Specialist based in the USA to serve as the operational link between marketing-generated demand and our sales organization. In this role, you will own the flow of inbound "BrandGen" leads, ensuring they are routed accurately to the correct Account Executives and that handoffs between teams happen with speed and clarity.

Operational Responsibilities

As a Sales Automation Specialist, you will act as the connective tissue for our inbound motion. You will work directly with marketing, revenue operations, and sales teams to manage the lead lifecycle. Your daily work involves:

• Monitoring inbound lead flow to ensure routing follows territory and segment ownership rules.
• Confirming that meetings are scheduled promptly and completed as expected.
• Tracking operational signals such as speed-to-lead, meeting progression, and routing accuracy.
• Identifying bottlenecks in the funnel and collaborating with teams to resolve execution inconsistencies.
• Operating within AI-powered go-to-market tools to improve lead prioritization and outreach automation.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment. To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, business development support, or marketing operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in CRM and go-to-market systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong communication skills, specifically regarding internal stakeholder management.
• The ability to navigate cross-functional processes and drive resolution without direct authority.
