Account Executive, Mid Market (Midwest) Sales at Samsara

Samsara is seeking an Account Executive, Mid Market (Midwest) to join our sales team in the USA. In this senior level role, you will bring the Connected Operations Cloud and Internet of Things data solutions to mid-sized customers across specific Midwest states. Typical sales range from $20k to $100k, involving proofs of concept, trial management, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling directly to executives and CXOs.

This remote position is open exclusively to candidates residing in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, or Iowa. Travel is required approximately 25% of the time. Annual on-target earnings for full-time employees range from $152,000 to $190,000 USD, depending on your city of residence.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
• Experience independently closing new deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue
• Must be located in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, or Iowa
• Proven track record of consistent quota achievement and experience selling in the midmarket space
• Experience with high-volume cold calling and SFDC familiarity
• Demonstrated growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to build genuine customer relationships
