As a leading technology platform powering dispensary operations across the United States and Canada, Dutchie connects consumers with safe cannabis access while supporting local communities. This role requires living in New Jersey and involves up to 50% travel within the state.
In this work-from-home Account Executive role, you will own the entire sales process from start to finish. Responsibilities include building a strong sales pipeline, conducting online and in-person demos, executing a territory strategy to meet revenue targets, and maintaining accurate deal information in Salesforce. You will also collaborate with internal teams for smooth client launches and become an expert on the New Jersey cannabis market while embodying company values such as customer focus, outcome orientation, and direct empathy.
The target On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this senior sales position ranges from $144,000 to $188,000. The total rewards package also includes full medical, dental, and vision benefits, employee stock options, a technology allowance, and flexible vacation and sick days.
