Dutchie is seeking a senior-level Account Executive, PNW to join its remote sales team across the United States. In this work-from-home role focusing on the Pacific Northwest with up to 50 percent travel, you will own the entire sales process from start to finish. Dutchie is a leading cannabis technology platform powering thousands of dispensaries across more than 40 markets in the US and Canada.

Sales Responsibilities and Territory Management

You will build and nurture a strong sales pipeline, conduct online and in-person demos, and execute a strategic territory plan to meet revenue targets. This involves maintaining accurate deal information in Salesforce, collaborating cross-functionally for smooth customer launches, and becoming an expert on the New Jersey Cannabis market while upholding company values.

Candidate Requirements

• Must live in the Pacific Northwest region of the US
• 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree required
• Proven track record in B2B sales with a consultative approach
• Concrete grasp and experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, adaptability, and a growth mindset
• Bonus points for prior experience in cannabis or fintech

Compensation and Benefits

The target starting salary for this senior role ranges from $144,000 to $188,000. The total rewards package includes full medical, dental, and vision benefits, stock option equity packages for all employees, a technology allowance, and flexible vacation and sick days.
