Account Executive (West Coast)

Medely, a high-growth series-C technology start-up, is seeking a senior-level Account Executive (West Coast) to drive sales across the USA in a remote capacity (candidates must reside in PST or MST). In this full-lifecycle sales role, you will partner with outpatient healthcare facilities to transform the healthcare staffing industry through Medely's on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools.

Role Expectations and Compensation

The compensation for this position ranges from $124,000 to $138,000 OTE, which includes base pay plus commission at plan with uncapped accelerators. You will manage the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery to solution demos and closing, focusing primarily on the SMB market while preparing for mid-market expansion.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent relevant sales experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years (source text notes a minimum of 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software/technology).
• Experience in consultative, solution-based selling with a track record of closing multi-contact opportunities.
• Ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting and comfort engaging multiple decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and resilient approach to working within a fully remote team.
