Activation Sales Development Representative I – USA

Instacart is seeking an entry-level Activation Sales Development Representative I to join the Brand Partnerships team within the Business Development group across the USA. This Sales role comes with a salary of $48,000 and operates under a Flex First work model, allowing employees to choose whether they work from home, an office, or another location while participating in regular in-person events.

In this position, you will generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers, specifically building relationships with Emerging-Scaled advertisers pre-activation to help them set up and launch ad campaigns. Responsibilities include conducting a high volume of daily outreach through outbound calls, emails, and social selling, managing leads through the sales pipeline, creating sales collateral and case studies, tracking metrics in SFDC and sales engagement tools, and collaborating with product teams to scale ad products.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in advertising
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent organizational, project management, and detail-oriented skills
