Affiliate EAP Counsellor (Network Partnership) in APAC Healthcare

Lyra Health is seeking an Affiliate EAP Counsellor (Network Partnership) for entry-level healthcare work in the APAC region. In this network partner role, you will provide high-quality mental health support to corporate employees using face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic modalities.

Role Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD, along with a valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.
• 0 to 2 years of experience, with a minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following your Master’s degree.
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider and a dedicated physical office or clinic space in your city of application for in-person sessions.

Core Responsibilities

You will deliver solution-focused interventions tailored to workplace wellness, adhere to a strict 24-hour documentation compliance policy for case notes, and follow official verification protocols before initiating treatment. The position also requires strict adherence to emergency handling SLAs, a direct-transaction policy preventing direct billing with employees, and a non-solicitation policy.
