Bloomreach is developing an agentic platform for personalization, powered by our Loomi AI engine. We are currently hiring a Solutions Consultant to join our EMEA presales team, working from the Czech Republic or Slovakia. This role is a key part of our strategy to help global brands drive growth through autonomous search, conversational shopping, and autonomous marketing.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers. This is a customer-facing position where you will run discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and translate complex platform capabilities into clear business outcomes. You will support the sales cycle from initial qualification through to close, working closely with Account Executives. While you will not be writing code, you must have a solid grasp of data flows, integrations, and the operational reality of marketing teams.
We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree. While this is not a senior or principal-level hire, we are looking for someone with strong potential who is sharp, curious, and ready to grow within the organization. Fluency in English is required, as you will be presenting and holding business conversations with senior stakeholders across the EMEA region.
We expect you to be curious about AI and actively incorporate AI tools—such as assistants and copilots—into your daily workflows for research, demo preparation, and content creation. You should be someone who naturally reaches for AI as a productivity multiplier.
The base salary range for this position is CZK 966,000 – CZK 1,207,500. The final offer will be based on a variety of factors, including your skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
