Key Responsibilities for the Agent Deployment Manager in Berlin

• Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise customers, managing the process from kickoff and go-live through hypercare, large-scale roll-out, and use-case expansion.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders in operations, IT, and business teams to map workflows, configure agents, and encourage adoption.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues, handle system integrations, and share customer feedback.
• Refine deployment playbooks, escalation workflows, and operational readiness by developing repeatable processes, templates, and best practices.
• Lead change management and operator training to help users trust and adopt the AI agents.

Candidate Qualifications and Logistics

Applicants need 2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, preferably with B2B enterprise software or AI products. A strong grasp of enterprise software concepts like APIs, databases, and system architectures is required, alongside excellent project management and communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, while German is a strong plus. Experience with Agents, LLMs, software writing, or the logistics and freight forwarding industry is also beneficial.
