The Dr. Sasse Gruppe is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Operations Manager Facility & Tenant Services (m/w/d). Based at one of Germany’s most modern office and innovation locations at Munich Airport, this senior-level management position requires a leader who can balance the roles of host, service manager, and team lead to ensure an exceptional environment for tenants and users.
Operational Oversight and Management
As the Operations Manager Facility & Tenant Services, you will hold overall responsibility for the facility and tenant services at the site. Your daily work will involve:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and users, fostering strong, long-term professional relationships.
- Leading, motivating, and developing operational teams, including personnel planning and resource allocation.
- Managing all technical and infrastructural services, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and contractual quality requirements.
- Maintaining full budget responsibility, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Driving the digitalization of processes, including the implementation of modern technologies and AI to improve service quality and reporting accuracy.
Professional Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a solid background in management and technical operations. We require:
- A completed university degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
- Several years of professional experience in facility management or the operation of complex real estate.
- Strong technical understanding of building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical engineering, fire protection, or building automation) to effectively coordinate and supervise various trades.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage diverse teams and external service providers.
- Excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and experience in budget management and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to utilize digital systems and AI for process optimization.
- A valid Class B driver's license.
