Matera GmbH is seeking a dedicated Product Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for the further development of our SaaS solution for property management, which includes both our app and platform specifically for the German market. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for a professional with 1–4 years of experience in product management, ideally within a start-up environment.
As the central point of contact for the German market, you will define the product vision and strategy based on data and market analysis. You will prioritize the product roadmap in close coordination with our German teams and oversee the implementation of roadmap topics alongside our Tech, Design, GenAI, and Operations departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and maintaining PRDs, coordinating releases, and measuring product success to drive ongoing optimizations.
We offer a salary between 55,000 € and 75,000 € gross per year, depending on your experience. You will also receive benefits including a subsidized Urban Sports Club membership, lunch vouchers, and a monthly public transport allowance. This role offers significant responsibility and the freedom to shape our product from day one. You will work closely with our experienced French product team, the Country Manager, and our German operational teams. Please note that this position requires occasional travel to Paris to collaborate directly with our Product and Tech teams.
