Cresta's unified AI platform combines conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation, and conversation intelligence for major enterprises.

Role Requirements and Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations.
• Strong project management skills paired with a consultative, customer-first mindset.
• Comfort working with technical concepts, data, and analytics, along with the ability to translate them into clear plans.
• Bias toward execution, outcomes, and ownership in a high-growth environment.
