AI Senior Engineer (Graph) Job in LATAM

Able is currently seeking an AI Senior Engineer (Graph) for a 100% remote IT position within LATAM. As the organization transitions into an AI-native company, this senior-level role focuses on building and maintaining connected knowledge structures rather than standard database management.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecting Graph ETL pipelines for graph ingestion and relational mapping.
• Managing high-volume data streams via Kafka and implementing CDC patterns.
• Maintaining automated graph hygiene through deduplication and schema consistency checks.
• Modeling complex temporal relationships regarding property ownership or financial status over time.
• Optimizing indexes and storage for query performance as the graph scales.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree and bring 4+ years of hands-on Neo4j expertise, including mastery of Cypher, schema design, and production operations. Strong Python proficiency, a background in building data pipelines, familiarity with event streaming and CDC, and a strong focus on data integrity are required. Applicants must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, be available during normal business hours for a 40-hour work week, and will be paid in USD. C# knowledge and prior domain experience in Finance or Real Estate are considered nice-to-have qualifications.
