AI Solution Architect (m/w/d) in Homeoffice – IT Entry Level

virtual7 GmbH is looking for an AI Solution Architect (m/w/d) to join the Customer Cluster Environment, Transportation & Energy. As an IT service provider, the organization drives the digitalization of the public sector in Germany. This entry-level IT role is offered on a remote work basis with flexible working hours.

In this position, you will design and develop the overall AI and machine learning architecture for complex enterprise environments in the cloud, focusing on Microsoft Azure. Your responsibilities include leading machine learning pipeline projects, optimizing RAG architectures, defining MLOps strategies, technically guiding interdisciplinary teams, and advising stakeholders.

Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience. Applicants should possess a background in cloud-based AI and ML solutions (ideally Microsoft Azure, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI Service), MLOps concepts, RAG architectures, vector databases, CI/CD for ML, Python, and machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn. Knowledge of AI governance, containerization, and enterprise architectures is also relevant. Requirements include very good German language skills (C2 level) and good English skills. Certifications in cloud platforms and experience in the energy sector are considered a plus.
