About the Analytics Lead, Full Stack Position

In this position, you will establish and evolve the operational analytics framework for new international markets, beginning with Australia and expanding globally. You will operate with a business owner mindset, owning problems from end to end and translating insights into strategies that support growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Your work will involve defining success metrics, creating intuitive dashboards, designing experiments, spearheading weekly metric reviews, and partnering closely with Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.

Key Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitatively rigorous subject area such as statistics, mathematics, finance, or economics.
• 5+ years of proven success in a cross-functional analytical role.
• Strong understanding of the consumer lending and credit industry, including lending economics and credit metrics.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing.
• Proficiency with SQL and performing statistical analysis using Python.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools such as Cursor or Claude to automate workflows and enhance problem-solving.
