Senior Compensation Analyst Job in Europe and the UK
Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud infrastructure company with over 1,500 team members globally, is hiring a senior-level Senior Compensation Analyst to join our HR Admin team in Europe and the UK. In this role, you will analyze and administer employee compensation programs to ensure our pay practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing by participating in external compensation surveys and evaluating competitive pay levels.
- Maintain and update salary structures, pay grades, and job classifications within the HRIS.
- Review compensation requests for new hires, promotions, and transfers while modeling the financial impact of merit and bonus planning cycles.
- Prepare reports and analyses for stakeholders, document policies, and monitor regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, job evaluation, and market pricing.
- Strong proficiency in compensation modules and spreadsheet tools.
