Samsara is hiring a Senior People Technology Analyst to join their People Technology & Operations team based in the UK. This IT role focuses on the expansion and deployment of Workday functionality, supporting the company's global HR and business stakeholders. As a senior-level team member, you will act as an internal consultant, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the Workday Benefits and Compensation modules. Your daily tasks will include designing, building, and deploying Open Enrollment configurations, as well as optimizing custom reports. You will work cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to scope system releases, troubleshoot integrations, and identify opportunities for process standardization within the Workday environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience working for high-growth, global companies.
• 4+ years of experience in Workday Benefits configuration.
• 2+ years of experience configuring core HCM.

This position requires a high level of drive and the ability to operate effectively within a global organization. You will be expected to champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales across new offices.
