WPP Media is seeking an experienced professional for an Associate Director/Teamlead Digital Media (Mensch) position in Hamburg. Operating within the management field at a senior level, this role places you at the heart of our AI-driven media operating unit to lead a team of digital media planners and develop innovative campaigns for renowned clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Mediaplanung: Translate overarching strategies into targeted media measures and ensure quality assurance across all digital channels, including display, video, mobile, social, and search.
- Teamführung: Provide both professional and organizational leadership while supporting the ongoing development of your team members.
- Projekte: Coordinate complex digital projects in close collaboration with client teams, creative agencies, publishers, and internal specialist departments.
- Marktscreening: Monitor the market continuously to derive new potentials for growth and innovation.
- Stakeholder: Take responsibility for results regarding reports, analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- More than five years of professional experience in digital media planning, consulting, or campaign management, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- An intermediate education level, demonstrated by a completed degree in business, communication, or media studies, or a comparable background in the media or advertising industry.
- Solid knowledge of standard planning tools and digital channels, paired with strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong customer orientation, assertiveness, a confident demeanor, and business-fluent German and English language skills.
