DoorDash is hiring an Associate Manager for our Strategy and Operations team, based in the USA. This is a senior-level management role focused on reducing the cost of fraud, accelerating platform growth, and building robust solutions to protect our ecosystem. In this position, you will work across our three primary audiences—Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants—to find the right balance between maintaining a seamless user experience and preventing bad actors from accessing the platform.
You will be responsible for defining and implementing strategy in new areas and delivering direct business impact. This involves conducting end-to-end analysis to identify fraud vectors, partnering with product, engineering, and analytics teams to build strategic programs, and running data-driven experiments to optimize fraud prevention without hindering growth.
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic operator who can combine business context with analytics to solve complex problems. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
The base salary for this position is $105,400—$155,000 USD. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. In addition to the base salary, this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
