Product Manager, Quant Platform (Senior Level)

YipitData is seeking a senior-level Product Manager, Quant Platform to join our team in the USA. We are a market research and analytics firm dedicated to the disruptive economy, recently valued at over $1B. Our Data Feeds & Quant business is one of our fastest-growing segments, and this role is critical to scaling the platform that supports our quant product efforts.

This is a remote-friendly role that can be based in our NYC headquarters or any of our US offices, including Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle. You will work at the intersection of quant research, data products, engineering, and go-to-market strategy to turn proprietary datasets—such as transaction and email receipt data—into standardized, client-ready factor products for systematic investors.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product specification for our factor library, including factor definitions, methodology notes, QA frameworks, and update cadences.
• Develop a standardized factor taxonomy across proprietary datasets, ranging from growth and acceleration factors to surprise-type factors.
• Collaborate with the quant research team to translate raw research into repeatable, high-alpha signal products.
• Partner with engineering teams to define requirements for factor infrastructure, ensuring reference data dependencies, automated QA, and stable delivery pipelines.
• Conduct deep customer research to understand the integration requirements, backtesting workflows, and needs of systematic end-users.

This is not a maintenance role; you will be responsible for defining the product shape of our quant platform, building the operating model, and bringing new products to market.
