Senior Azure DevOps Engineer - KD Pharma
GT is recruiting a Senior Level Azure DevOps Engineer for KD Pharma, a technology-driven CDMO specialising in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production. This remote-based role within Europe offers a hands-on opportunity with architecture exposure, supporting the infrastructure, security, and operational design of a modern Microsoft-based data platform and wider Azure environment.
Engagement Structure and Qualifications
- Begins with an initial 6-week Discovery phase requiring approximately 45–60 hours of involvement, with potential to transition into a larger or full-time implementation engagement upon successful completion and client approval.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
- Requires 5+ years of relevant experience.

Role Responsibilities
- Review current Azure and hybrid infrastructure to contribute to target architecture, PoC scope, and implementation planning.
- Design, manage, and improve cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking, identity, and security.
- Support cloud and hybrid networking, including site-to-site VPN, Azure Virtual WAN, and firewall configuration.
- Manage identity and access across Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory while strengthening secrets-management practices.
- Improve infrastructure reliability, monitoring, alerting, backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery practices using Defender and Sentinel tooling.
