MPG Care GmbH is seeking a Technischer Immobilienmanager/Gebäudemanagement based in Fulda to oversee technical operations across its nationwide portfolio of stationary care facilities. This senior-level role focuses on establishing an internal competence center for building management, requiring an individual who can structure maintenance processes and drive technical strategy while reporting directly to the management board.
As the primary contact for technical facility management, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the properties. Your core duties include:
This position requires a background in technical facility management, building construction, building services engineering (TGA), or electrical engineering (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training). We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of relevant experience, ideally managing multiple locations. Candidates must possess strong Excel skills, with proficiency in FM or CAFM systems being a significant advantage. You should be structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable balancing economic considerations with technical requirements.
The role offers a base salary between €60,000 and €80,000 plus a performance bonus. The standard work week is 40 hours (Monday–Friday), with an optional 4-day work week available.
