Flex is currently hiring a Senior Level Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager for a sales role in the USA. Openings are available in San Francisco, Miami, New York, or fully remote. As the AI-native private bank for business owners, Flex is rebuilding the financial system for entrepreneurs with $3–$200M in revenue, backed by $100M+ in equity and $300M+ in debt.

About the BDR Manager Role

In this player-coach position reporting to the Head of Sales Development, you will lead a team of 7–9 individual contributor BDRs. You will own ramp times, performance management, pipeline pacing, and the AE+BDR pod motion while helping scale the organization as it roughly doubles over the next 12 to 18 months. Compensation is noted as $200.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Prior experience as an SDR or BDR before moving into leadership
  • Previous experience leading a BDR or SDR team as a manager, team lead, or player-coach
  • Strong background in coaching reps to quota and managing pipeline metrics
  • Fintech background strongly preferred, including financial infrastructure, payments, spend management, or B2B fintech experience
  • Familiarity with the tech stack including Salesforce, Apollo, Orum, and Claude is nice to have
