Business Intelligence Analyst

Carrot, the global fertility and family care platform, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for an entry-level IT role based in the USA. In this executional position, you will provide essential analytics support as the BI function scales, partnering with teams across the organization to build reporting dashboards and handle data requests using modern tooling like SQL and dbt.

Responsibilities for the US Business Intelligence Analyst

• Design and build data models in SQL focusing on correctness, clarity, and reusability.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track key business metrics and inform company decisions.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for high-priority stakeholder questions across the organization.
• Collaborate across teams to understand data domains, reporting needs, and success metrics.
• Contribute to data quality, documentation, and self-service BI capabilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 2 years of experience. Candidates should bring intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills, experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Looker, DOMO, or Power BI, and basic statistics proficiency including experiment design and hypothesis testing. Strong communication skills are necessary to translate stakeholder needs into technical execution and explain technical information to non-technical audiences. Experience using dbt, working with healthcare industry data, or operating in high-growth environments serves as a nice-to-have advantage.

The salary for this position ranges from $98,000.00 to $125,000.00.
