In this position, you will help make solar energy, battery storage, and smart metering solutions accessible through scalable operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Steer and improve daily operational workflows to ensure reliable, efficient, and smooth processes.
- Collaborate closely with tech, product, operations, and finance teams to solve operational challenges.
- Monitor ongoing processes and key metrics, identify deviations early, and implement corrective measures.
- Use tools like SQL, Power BI, or Python to evaluate operational data and analyze bottlenecks.
- Coordinate change and automation initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal standards, quality demands, and regulatory guidelines.
What You Bring
- A completed bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field such as industrial engineering, data analytics, business administration with a tech focus, STEM, or computer science.
- 5+ years of experience or a strong background in operations, process management, business analytics, or consulting.
- An understanding of the interfaces between business and tech, plus strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Very good written and spoken German language skills.
