As a Commercial Account Manager at Salesloft, you will maintain full-cycle account ownership, act as the primary point of contact, and manage all commercial transactions including renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. You will drive net-new revenue by prospecting within your assigned territory, execute account plans for high-value clients, and manage retention by monitoring usage patterns and mitigating churn risks. Additional duties include building relationships with C-suite executives, delivering accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts, and collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to resolve complex client issues.
