In this Customer Experience Engineer position, your work centers on product intelligence, shaping how AI handles routine conversations, managing complex customer-trust moments, and turning user patterns into engineering priorities. Rather than simply closing tickets, you will trace issues back to product code, ship fixes, and partner with senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Synthesize and share customer insights through weekly and monthly reports, participate in Product and Engineering discussions, and mentor team members on AI workflows, scripting, and SQL queries.
• Use good judgment to solve complex customer escalations that AI cannot safely close.
• Build and own AI quality by configuring tools within Elation's stack, creating lightweight external automations, and owning output quality in your domain.
