Workleap, a Montreal-based tech company founded in 2006, is seeking a senior-level Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in Canada. Role Overview and Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, end-to-end position where you will drive expansion, upsell, and retention by helping customers extract more value from Workleap. We are looking for a data-driven professional who can use product and market signals to proactively build and run customer programs across owned channels such as email, in-product messaging, events, and webinars.

• Own and drive customer marketing initiatives from strategy to execution, including ABM plays and campaigns.
• Develop messaging and positioning focused on driving awareness and adoption of the Manager Agent among our existing base.
• Build a content engine based on customer activity, proof points, and stories.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities, at-risk accounts, and advocacy programs.
• Use AI tools to scale output while maintaining high quality.
• Track and report on commercial impact, including influenced deals and expansion pipeline.

Requirements and Compensation

Candidates for this senior-level position must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 4+ years of relevant experience to our autonomous, high-ownership marketing team. The salary for this permanent marketing role ranges from $85,000 to $105,000.
