Director, Project Management

Alimentiv, a global CRO focused on advancing therapies for gastrointestinal diseases, is seeking a senior-level Director, Project Management to join our operations in Canada and Poland. In this management role, you will provide strategic oversight to project management and project finance teams to ensure the seamless global delivery of full-service clinical trials.

Core Responsibilities

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, support sustainable growth, and champion process optimization. Your core duties are divided into key focus areas:

• Operational Planning & Oversight (40-50%): Guide departmental planning to transform strategies into measurable goals, oversee project development with sponsors, and ensure appropriate staffing and financial resource allocation.
• Unit Leadership & Team Management (30-40%): Mentor the Clinical Project Operations team, overseeing work allocation, resource planning, training and development, and performance management.

This position also involves supporting Business Development through proposal input, bid development, and client defenses, while maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Candidate Qualifications
