In this senior IT position, you will manage a portfolio of customers through a scaled engagement model, using data signals and structured lifecycle motions to prioritize outreach. Rather than acting as reactive support, you will deliver proactive, outcomes-driven guidance to accelerate time-to-value, drive adoption, and increase renewal confidence. A key expectation for this role is the reflexive use of Generative AI tools as a thought partner to enhance your analysis, planning, and strategic communication.

Core responsibilities include:

• Leading structured customer motions to ensure onboarding success and measurable progress
• Monitoring customer health, identifying risk early, and driving mitigation actions with internal teams
• Executing repeatable engagement plays based on usage telemetry and lifecycle milestones
• Partnering with Sales, Support, and Product teams to surface expansion signals and support renewals
