Insurify, a recognized MIT FinTech startup, is hiring a mid-level Digital Insurance Agent for sales in the USA. You will work remotely from one of the following eligible states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, or WA.

In this role, you will maintain state licenses and product knowledge, uncover customer needs through a consultative approach, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and meet production targets while ensuring compliance with state regulations. You will collaborate with management on success plans and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• 2+ years of experience, with auto and home insurance sales preferred
• Valid state-issued insurance license (multiple states a plus)
• Experience with a consultative process in a high-volume sales center and multi-carrier, multi-product environments
• Ability to work from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable high-speed internet
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, reliability, and dependability

Compensation and Benefits

The US base compensation range for this position is $40,000 to $53,000 per year (noted in source material alongside total funding details). Additional benefits include health and dental coverages, a 401(k) plan with match, and Paid Family Leave.
