Ada, an established Canadian AI customer service company founded in 2016, is seeking a senior-level IT professional for a Director, Technology and Cloud Alliances position. This role focuses on owning and growing Ada's strategic ecosystem relationships with hyperscalers like AWS and Microsoft Azure, as well as key technology partners in CRM, CCaaS, WFM, and adjacent platforms.

The position requires shaping the company's cloud marketplace strategy, driving co-sell and co-market programs, and building a measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Qualified candidates will work closely with internal sales, solutions, product, and marketing teams to align direct sales motions with partner-influenced deals and model ROI for alliance investments.

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: 8+ years in technology alliances, cloud partnerships, or business development, including 3–4 years managing hyperscaler relationships with AWS or Azure.
