EITCO GmbH is seeking a senior-level Division Director arveo services (m/w/d) in Berlin to lead the further expansion of its cloud-native Content-Services-Platform division. In this management role, you will take full strategic, economic, and operational responsibility for the division, guiding a team of around 20 employees and managing sales and business development.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee revenue, budget, earnings, and operational controlling for assigned business units.
- Provide personnel and professional leadership for Heads of Business Unit and the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, identify new potentials, and shape the division's long-term growth strategy.
- Develop structures, processes, and service offerings in document management, workflow solutions, and digital business processes.
- Represent arveo services externally, nurturing partnerships, key accounts, and new client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including extensive leadership experience managing teams, business units, or strategic corporate areas.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in business development, economic steering, and scaling organizational units.
- Sales affinity and experience in document management, Enterprise Content Management, SaaS, or cloud platforms.
- Interest in future topics such as process automation, AI-driven document processing, and secure cloud architectures.
