EITCO GmbH is seeking an experienced Division Director arveo services (m/w/d) for a senior-level Management role based in Berlin. In this leadership position within our European IT consultancy, you will take charge of expanding our division centered around arveo—our award-winning, cloud-native content services platform that leverages intelligent AI agents to automate document processing and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee revenue, budgets, and operational controlling for assigned business units within the arveo services division.
- Lead and develop a team of around 20 employees, including Heads of Business Unit and sales or business development personnel.
- Formulate and execute the strategic growth vision, analyzing market trends and developing new business areas.
- Drive business development by collaborating closely with the arveo partner channel, customers, and internal project and product management teams.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher educational background.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including extensive background in a leadership role managing teams, business units, or strategic company segments.
- Proven success in business development, economic steering, and driving organizational growth.
- Strong affinity for sales, customer relationship building, and modern SaaS, cloud, workflow, or document management platforms.
- Interest in future-oriented topics such as process automation, AI-driven document processing, and digital collaboration.
