EITCO GmbH, a European IT consultancy, is looking for a
Division Director arveo services (m/w/d) to take on a senior-level
management role at our office in
Berlin. You will spearhead the expansion of arveo services, leveraging our German Innovation Award 2025-winning Content-Services-Platform that uses intelligent AI agents to transform document workflows and integrate smoothly with over 300 interfaces like SAP and Microsoft 365.
Your Core Responsibilities
You will guide a team of approximately 20 professionals, shaping both the strategic direction and daily execution of the division.
- Take full revenue, budget, and operational controlling responsibility for assigned business units.
- Lead the heads of business unit and direct sales and business development personnel.
- Formulate a clear growth strategy by analyzing market trends and identifying new service opportunities.
- Represent arveo services publicly, cultivate channel partnerships, and collaborate with product management and project teams to evolve our portfolio.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking dedicated leaders who meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelors degree combined with 5+ years of professional experience.
- Several years of leadership experience managing teams, business units, or strategic corporate divisions.
- Demonstrated success in business development, economic steering, and scaling organizational units.
- Background in document management, Enterprise Content Management, workflow solutions, SaaS, or cloud platforms.
- Strong sales affinity paired with a genuine interest in AI-supported document processing and process automation.
