Enterprise Account Executive Sales Role in the USA

TeamSnap, a recognized remote workplace and sports communication platform, is seeking a senior-level Enterprise Account Executive to join its sales team in the USA. This remote position focuses on driving new business growth and managing the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting to close—within large, complex sports organizations such as youth leagues, amateur groups, and governing bodies.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Own full-cycle enterprise sales, including discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing $100k+ ACV deals.
• Engage C-suite executives and key decision-makers with tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams while maintaining accurate CRM pipeline forecasting.
• Require 5 to 7 years of proven SaaS sales success, with a bachelor's degree and strong preference for experience within the sports ecosystem.

Compensation and Location Details

As a fully remote company, applicants must be comfortable working across different time zones. Please note that TeamSnap does not currently hire in certain states, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Utah. The minimum starting compensation for this role is $150,000, inclusive of base and bonus, adjusted based on experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
