Senior ERP System Administrator (Acumatica) in Canada
Alimentiv is seeking a senior-level IT professional for a full-time, individual contributor ERP System Administrator (Acumatica) role based in Canada. Working within the Corporate Digital Enablement function, you will serve as the primary functional and technical owner of the Acumatica ERP platform, driving configuration, operation, and continuous improvement across finance, procurement, logistics, and project accounting.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage Acumatica administration, including user access, security, workflows, module settings, and native finance solutions like Generic Inquiries and Business Events.
- Partner with Procurement to mature vendor management, requisitions, purchase orders, and integrations.
- Own the operational health of the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration via Celigo middleware, monitoring flows and triaging exceptions.
- Lead operational tasks for planned annual Acumatica upgrades, handling customization risk assessments and post-upgrade stabilization using JIRA.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Technical background in hands-on Acumatica ERP administration and integration management.
