Cresta is seeking a senior-level Forward Deployed Product Manager - AI Agent (EMEA) to join its IT team based in the UK. As the first EMEA hire in this capacity, you will create, deploy, and optimize conversational AI agents that transform customer operations. Cresta is a unified AI platform born from the Stanford AI Lab, backed by leading investors like a16z, Greylock, and Sequoia, and led by CEO Ping Wu.
What You Will Do
- Own the full deployment lifecycle for AI agents, driving customer ROI from scoping and kickoff to launch and post-go-live optimization.
- Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agents alongside Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) using internal tools and new technologies.
- Act as the AI agent subject matter expert during the EMEA sales cycle, handling demos, solutioning, and deal reviews.
- Lead customer relationships, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and set the foundational standards for the EMEA forward-deployed practice.
Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of professional experience in technology consulting, product, implementations, or customer success, with exposure to AI or LLM-first products.
- A hands-on, curious work style with strong systems thinking and experience leading complex deployments.
