Zauber Technology GmbH is seeking a Founders Associate Intern in Berlin to join our early-stage AI logistics startup. Backed by P9, we build autonomous AI agents for the global logistics industry and are already live with leaders in Europe and Asia. If you want to help us scale product and company operations while learning directly from experienced founders, this hands-on internship starts in Q4 2026 with a monthly compensation of 2,400€.
Your Responsibilities as a Founders Associate Intern
- Build and manage internal systems, including our website and tooling
- Lead recruiting efforts and support team member onboarding
- Support go-to-market initiatives to bring our AI agents to customers
- Identify and secure grant and non-dilutive funding opportunities
- Tackle varied operational challenges to move the company forward
Requirements
- Primary or Matric education level required
- Experience in generalist roles, ideally within early-stage or high-agency environments
- A somewhat technical background or strong intuition for AI and software
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency
