Clipster is seeking a Senior Product Engineer (Fullstack) to join our growing team. We operate in the creator economy, connecting brands like Telegram, Universal Music Group, and the UFC with creators who remix content for social media. Since launching our platform in early 2025, we have grown to over 100,000 creators and paid out more than $5M, scaling entirely through organic growth. We are now looking for a backend-heavy engineer to help us continue this trajectory.
This is a senior-level position for an engineer who understands that code is a means to deliver value. While your primary focus will be on our Golang services and distributed architecture, you are a product engineer who is comfortable navigating our React/Next.js frontend when needed.
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
We view bonus points for experience with payment systems—as we handle roughly $1M in monthly payouts—and real-time data processing or event-driven architectures.
We are a profitable, lean team of fewer than 15 engineers. We prioritize asynchronous work and offer a remote-first environment across Europe and UK timezones, requiring availability during our core hours of 10am – 2pm UTC+2. We avoid bureaucracy, focusing instead on documentation and high-bandwidth communication tools like Slack and Loom.
Our hiring process includes a discovery call, a pair programming session, a system design discussion, an engineering excellence conversation, and a final meeting with our Founder and Product Manager.
