This role is ideal for candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience who want to own the growth of a single feature end-to-end. Compensation is market competitive.

Core Responsibilities for the UK Growth Hacker / AI Operator Role

• Own feature growth by selecting metrics, building plans, and executing strategies.
• Automate workflows by building bots and agentic systems to scale content and experiments.
• Publish content, tools, and pages quickly, reviewing performance to iterate rapidly.
• Conduct outreach to secure collaborations, backlinks, mentions, and placements across platforms like Reddit, Quora, and Substack.
• Form, launch, log, and evaluate rapid growth experiments.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must possess native or near-native English writing and pitching skills, an AI-native mindset utilizing tools like Claude and automated workflows, and a strong sense of ownership and speed. Candidates should demonstrate a keen growth instinct and the versatility to handle content, outreach, automation, and analysis daily. Bonus qualifications include experience with SEO, GEO, linkbuilding, community or PR outreach, self-built scrapers or content pipelines, and a documented track record of quick wins.
