OKX, a leading crypto exchange and developer of the OKX Wallet, is seeking a senior-level Growth Manager - Campaigns to join our team in Germany, the Netherlands, or Portugal. In this management role, you will take full ownership of the EEA growth campaign engine, driving outcomes across affiliate, listing, trade and earn, and new product launch initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Own the complete campaign lifecycle from concept to shipped, measured outcome by coordinating creative, media, lifecycle, BD, KOL ops, product marketing, and legal teams.
- Translate stakeholder requests into clear campaign briefs and build actionable plans with defined dates, dependencies, and owners.
- Navigate MiCA and MiFID II constraints by identifying regulatory risks early and proposing viable alternatives in coordination with legal.
- Localize global playbooks for EEA markets and share EEA-originated wins back to global teams.
- Define success metrics prior to launch and run reflection sessions within seven days of campaign close.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4 to 7 years of total experience, including 2+ years coordinating end-to-end campaigns at a tier 1 regulated crypto exchange such as Coinbase, Kraken, Bitpanda, or Binance.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping at least 10 campaigns with named performance metrics attached.
- Fluency in English alongside German, French, or Dutch.
- Hands-on familiarity with EEA regulator dynamics under MiCA and MiFID II.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, brief-writing, and analytical literacy skills, with a solid grasp of budget discipline, CAC payback, ROAS, and LTV.
