Head of Quality Assurance (m/w/d)

Semdor Pharma Group GmbH is seeking a Head of Quality Assurance (m/w/d) for a senior-level management role based in Köln. In this position, you will lead the QA team and drive the ongoing development of the quality management system.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Lead and manage the QA team of approximately 6 employees, reporting directly to management.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and MedCanG requirements, managing core QMS processes such as CAPA, change control, risk management, and audits.
• Oversee supplier qualification, computerized system validation, and regulatory documentation.
• Hold a completed degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (such as pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or process engineering), backed by 5+ years of overall experience.
• Bring at least 3 years of leadership experience and a strong background in quality assurance within a regulated pharmaceutical or medical device environment.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of relevant regulations (AMG, AMWHV, GMP/GDP, MedCanG/BtMG) alongside very good German and business-fluent English skills.
