Remote is seeking a senior-level IT professional for a fully remote HR AI & Automation Operations Lead role available across LATAM, Canada, and the USA. This position comes with a salary of $46,150. As part of the EOR Operations vertical, you will design and implement intelligent automation systems to connect data across platforms, eliminate manual tasks, and support globally distributed HR operations teams.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration.
• Background in HR Operations or Shared Services, ideally within compliance-sensitive environments like hiring, employment, or payroll.
• Hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or n8n.
• Ability to work with light scripting languages including Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript for custom agents and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of data privacy obligations and sensitive data lifecycle risk.
• Fluent English communication skills.
