Inbound Sales Representative (Remote/Pacific Time)

A Place for Mom is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative (Remote/Pacific Time) to serve as a trusted first point of contact for families navigating senior care solutions. In this senior-level sales role based remotely in Canada or the USA, you will conduct in-depth initial consultation calls, educate caregivers on customized options, and act as a liaison between families and care providers.

Core Responsibilities & Success Measures

• Take pre-screened inbound leads and make outbound return calls from your home office on an assigned 40-hour weekly shift, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete a 4-week new hire training program before transitioning to full liaison duties.
• Reach daily production benchmarks by referring families to communities and scheduling tours to drive move-ins.

Candidate Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center.
• A proven history of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong multitasking, typing, and computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems.

Compensation & Benefits

This hourly, non-exempt position offers a base salary of $45,760 ($22.00 an hour) with uncapped On Target Earnings of $74,000, which includes a $28,240 variable bonus.
