MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, is seeking a senior-level Infrastructure Developer, Platform Engineering to join our IT team in the USA. In this senior role, you will work within our Infrastructure team inside the Platform Engineering division, helping build an AI-native platform for our more than 150 internal developers.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure primarily in AWS as code using Terraform.
- Build GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines with guardrails for safe, agentic releases.
- Manage and scale multi-region Kubernetes clusters while maintaining Helm charts and deployment workflows.
- Strengthen observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting to support AI-assisted remediation.
- Harden infrastructure security through image scanning, policy-as-code, network segmentation, and firewall configuration.
- Partner with product engineering teams, enable independent deployments, and participate in the on-call rotation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering.
- AI-forward mindset and strong experience with cloud platforms, with AWS preferred and Azure or GCP experience transferring well.
- Hands-on background building CI/CD pipelines, managing production Kubernetes environments, and working with Docker.
- Familiarity with observability tools and expert-level written and spoken English communication skills.
